$$	herefore$$ Power factor, $$\cos \phi  = {R \over Z} = {R \over R} = 1$$
Which is not zero.
Since, circuit behaves likes a resistive circuit. So, power loss occurs always in this circuits.
i.e. wattless current is zero.
