Here, $$Z = \sqrt 3 R$$
$$ \Rightarrow 	heta  = {	an ^{ - 1}}\left( {{{\sqrt 3 R} \over R}} ight) = {	an ^{ - 1}}(\sqrt 3 ) = 60\Upsilon $$
