$$ \Rightarrow 100 = 200 	imes {I_{rms}} \Rightarrow {I_{rms}} = {1 \over 2} \Rightarrow {{{I_0}} \over {\sqrt 2 }} = {1 \over 2} \Rightarrow {I_0} = {1 \over {\sqrt 2 }} = 0.707\,A$$
