$Y=\frac{F L}{A \cdot \Delta L}$
$Y=\frac{1 	imes 62.8 	imes 10^{-2}}{3.14 	imes 2 	imes 2 	imes 10^{-6}}=5 	imes 10^4 \mathrm{~N} / \mathrm{m}^2$
