& =227+273=500 \mathrm{~K} \
T_{	ext {sink }} & =27^{\circ} \mathrm{C}=27+273=300 \mathrm{~K}
\end{aligned}$$
Efficiency of carnot engine, $$\eta=1-\frac{T_{	ext {sink }}}{T_{	ext {source }}}$$
$$=1-\frac{300}{500}=\frac{2}{5}$$
Also, efficiency, $$\eta=\frac{	ext { Work done by engine }}{	ext { Heat supplied }}$$
$$\begin{aligned}
& \frac{2}{5}=\frac{W}{50} \
\Rightarrow \quad W & =20 \mathrm{~kJ}
\end{aligned}$$
